Lindsay Tipton received her training in Special Education from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, NY. Upon graduation, she began her career in the Wake County Public School System. In 2005, Lindsay accepted a position with Easter Seals UCP at Stepping Stones Children’s Center in Sanford. Lindsay served as the Education Coordinator and later as a Program Manager. During her tenure there, she also taught several classes in the Early Childhood department at Central Carolina Community College. She later served as the Program Director for the Triangle Down Syndrome Network and came to the Lee County Partnership for Children in March of 2016. Lindsay sees this position as a perfect culmination of her experience up to this point; serving early education facilities and children and families with a variety of individual needs. When not at work, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her husband and three young children.
